These terms apply when you browse bustie.online or place an order with BUSTIE. BUSTIE is operated by Digital Estate Solutions (Pty) Ltd.

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Please review the product details and sizing information before ordering, and contact us if you need help choosing a size.

BUSTIE bras have a flexible underwire. Each bra is prepared for the size selected in your order.

Prices and any applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Payments are handled through PayFast. We’ll send you an order confirmation using the contact details you provide.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we’ll contact you and arrange a refund in accordance with applicable law.

Orders usually take approximately two weeks from order confirmation to preparation and delivery. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.

We accept eligible fit-related returns and exchanges requested within 14 days of delivery. Customers pay the cost of shipping fit-related returns back to us. Please read our Returns & Exchanges page for the full conditions and process.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by South African consumer law.

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

The BUSTIE name, product images, text, and other website content belong to BUSTIE or are used with permission. Please do not copy or use them commercially without our written consent.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version available on the website when you place your order will apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
